This Essay is on the effect of drink temperatures on the human body. Though orginally this was to be about warm and cold drinks on the human body. Now as everyone knows humans are warm blooded creatures. Well some one had the idea to do a test on the effects of warm and cold drinks to a human body. Though a breif summary showed that warm drinks were better for the body then cold drinks. The cold drinks apparently caused a shock which isnt good for the body. Even if the weathers hot cold drinks still do the same as any other type of weather. Cold drinks and or food take longer to digest because of the temperature difference. Then it enters the esophagus. There it affects the lungs by causing a phlegm in the lungs. This causes the lung`s function and capacity to lower. Continous drinking of cold drinks and/or liquid can cause coughing, Lowered immune system to certain illnesses like the flu, Dry skin and other symptoms. Also if the phlegm grows to big it can cause problems and can affect the persons ability to maintain normal body temperature. However as everyone is different this difference means everyone reacts differently to it. People who have low body temperatures have been shown to have a poor appetite, to much weight lost, but the digestive tract will hold back the food till the bacteria has eaten it which can cause bloating but also cause gas either way. Also if it pads up againts the small intestents it can cause flatulence while in the large intestents it can cause constipation or diareha. Also if the small intestents become to cold they can cool down the urine inside the bladder making it difficult to hold. Also cold substances are not a good thing for women who are pregent and has proven to be a factor in infetility. Hot temperatures are useful to help deal with the cold but does the same as the cold but different. It causes the same things but in the opposite manner but also causes dry mouth and constant thrist. But hot foods can digest to quickly and can cause hunger and leads to overeating and weight gain in some while others experience a overactive stomach which causes weight lost. So Like most have said a key to maintining good health is to have a healthy appetite and good shape another part is making sure to balance of hot foods and drinks with cold food and drinks. Remember when people tak about ying and yang. So apparently its a good idea to eat healthy and a good idea to excercise healthy. also keep yourself hydrated. It is a good idea that when you eat something warm to drink something cold. Same with the opposite. Like cookies fresh from the oven are hot and drinking milk which is a cold drink. Now think of the ying yang symbol and wipe it away. the truth of the mater is that there is 3 type of temperatures. Hot, Cold, and room temperature. Room temperature is that gray area in between the two of them. Warm drinks suck as warm water have proven to be more of a healthier solution then cold or hot water. Seeing as not alot of people think that the temperatures of their drinks can do much damage to their bodys. In one thing i looked a science teacher told a student that drinking room temperature water or warm water is better than drinking cold water. Well the student didnt quite believe the teacher so the student turned to the internet to see. Well the truth of the matter is that yes warm drinks such as normal room temperature drinks that have been sitting in the room with out being in ice or being heated up is MUCH better than drinking hot or cold drinks. Cold drinks as i said before can cause shocks to your system. Hot Drinks can cause your stomach to become overactive. While warm, room temperature, drinks are healthier than the other two options. Many people believe that this is just a myth. It is not a myth. It does affect your health. At first it doesnt seem detemential but in the long run it is. There is a white area, A black area, And the gray area inbetween. The White area is the affects of Cold Drinks. The Black area is the affects of Hot Drinks. The Gray area is the affects of warm, room temperature drinks. If you look closely they mostly affect the same organs. each with tiny differences. Each working differently. Now thinking of this lets do a complete switch up can some one explain the affect of drink temperatures on cold blooded animals? Now you see this was very hard to find out but sadly there is no way of knowing since we havent done the experiment to see what the reactions are for a cold blooded animals body to certain drink temperatures. Sorry to switch the topic but that came into mind and i would like to point out that no matter how you look at it. No one has tried to force a cold blooded animal to drink cold, warm or even hot drinks. We know what happens to them when they are in that enviornment but their bodies are adpating to the enviornment around them so that doesnt count. it would wind up being a chart to see what happens in certain enviornments with certain drink temperatures. then again with genetics in mind and the number of cold blooded animals the chart would become bigger. Since each indiviual organisim has its own set of genetics along with the species type the envoirnment it was living in. So the chart wouldnt be accurate. i would say the chart would predict 50% or less of what would be the reaction of drink temperatures to a cold blooded animasls. anyway so sorry for getting off topic. Though it would be easier to explain this by a slide. I happen to know that people when something they like is claimd to hurt their health they happen to push back and blame.
